Mr. Larcenaire worked tirelessly to guide and lead our organization and ever-expanding network of providers, effectively balancing strategic, metric-driven management with passionate advocacy for our vulnerable, at-risk population. Although our service area was primarily West Texas, our services and care helped families and individuals in two countries and three states: Texas, New Mexico, and Chihuahua Mexico.

I take great personal pride in the remarkable outcomes and transformational impacts we achieved working together including policy efforts in Austin, innovative new clinics, foundation fundraising, and pushing for appropriate support by our local taxing entities. Mr. Larcenaire excelled at making the case for prevention being far more cost effective and humane than crisis intervention to elected and hospital officials who tended to forget that health care doesn’t stop at the neck.
As an individual, I found Mr. Larcenaire to be creative and imaginative yet grounded and realistic. As a leader, he is transparent, honest, and extraordinarily capable. He demonstrated an impressive ability to hold our complex organization on a steady course but, if need be, come about swiftly while remaining calm and in command. I strongly recommend Mr. Larcenaire.
