Mr. Larcenaire improved Valley’s financial standing and broadened its regional reach significantly.
Under Mr. Larcenaire’s leadership as CEO, VBH expanded its HSSC brand in the following locations: Holladay, Utah; Riverton, Utah; Layton, Utah; Orem, Utah; American Fork, Utah. VBH also expanded for the first time into Boise, Idaho and Gilbert Arizona.
Also during his time at VBH, Mr. Larcenaire launched a first of its kind adult autism program which has helped many adults with autism or on the autism spectrum to live fulfilling lives.
Mr. Larcenaire was also instrumental in establishing VBH’s lab and pharmacy. These aspects of VBH’s business were previously outsourced. Under Mr. Larcenaire’s leadership as CEO, VBH brought these elements of the business in-house, which had a significant positive effect on VBH’s bottom line. Overall, VBH’s financial position improved significantly during Mr. Larcenaire’s time as CEO. He also worked to rebuild VBH’s Human Resources Department, oversaw updating of VBH’s hardware and software information services, and led successful Electronic Health Record launch.
